BANCHAN is a restaurant concept that put small Korean side dishes into the spotlight. Served with rice and crafted to be shared, BANCHAN’S journey began with a simple vision: to create a gathering place where the rich, diverse flavors of Korean banchan could bring the community together.

Starting with the creation of a moodboard, color palette, and selection of menu items, I designed a flexible logo system, menu set, stationery, packaging, social media concepts, and a website prototype.
