TAMU X SXSW TOTE DESIGN

ILLUSTRATION AND MERCH DESIGN

Adobe Illustrator, Procreate

I designed a tote-bag for the Texas A&M University booth at Fast Company Grill at SXSW in my hometown, Austin. My tote-bag illustration focused on Texas A&M’s research on sustainable coffee farming in South America, and I worked alongside designers, Gracie Janse and Luke Kostohryz to create a cohesive series of bags highlighting the wide-reaching realms of TAMU’s research throughout the sea and space. We aimed for a whimsical, groovy, and surreal collection with textured gradients and creative compositions. It was so much fun to visualize the farm-to-table story of a coffee cup and to highlight the small farms involved in the process.
